| BRUCE: I made this for any questions that aren't music theory related, so that I make sure to answer them both.

| Alright this is how I work things. I'm not sure what amp your getting, and it might vary some between the two, but heres how I got mine set up.
I just play on the Clean channel, otherwise it screws up. SO
Treble - about 2 1/2
Bass - 2
Reverb - 5
Then I have my DS-1 set like
Tone - Full Blast
Distortion - about 3/4
and the Level changes depending on how loud I want it.
Then I just have my amp run from Input 1 into the pedals output. Then, I run a cord from the guitar to the pedals input. Then I just fire it up and play. Any other questions, go ahead and ask. | |

| Yeah you don't get Mid on a clean channel. But really the only thing I used it for on my amp was to work on my squealies. Like for a more metal pinch harmonic I would turn up the Mid some. But other then that it I just had it on 4-5 the whole time. With the DS-1 I have a bunch of different combinations that I use for different genres. With the DS-1 plugged into my Drive Channel, it was useless. I had to turn down all the Treble Bass and Mids just to keep it from squealing. So I just use the clean channel, and it sounds nice, especially with a touch of Reverb. | |
